๐ŸŒŠTo The Nile by John Keats (Theme Nature)๐ŸŒŠ Son of the old Moon-mountainous African! Chief of the Pyramid and Crocodile! We call thee fruitful, and that very while, A desert fills our seeing's inward span; Nurse of swart nations since the world began, Art thou so fruitful? or dost thou beguile Such men to honor thee, who, worn with toil, Rest for a space "twixt Cairo and Decan? O may the dark fancies err! They surely do: "Tis ignorance that makes a barren waste Of all beyond itself. Thou dost bedew Green rushes like our rivers, and dost taste The pleasant sunrise. Green isles hast thou too, And to the sea as happily dost haste. Cross-pollination allows to mix characteristics of two plants. It helps to give rise to a strong new generation with new characteristics. Therefore some flowers are adapted to avoid self-pollination and promote cross-pollination. Some of those adaptations are mentioned below ๐ŸŒป Having unisexual flowers, Bearing of pistilate flowers and staminate flowers

Tissue Culture

Image
๐ŸŒฟTissue Culture.๐ŸŒฟ New offspring, which are identical to the parental plant, can be produced by cultivating any vegetative tissue of a plant in a culture medium under controlled conditions. Offspring's thus obtained are called clone. genetically identical clones can be obtained from tissue culture. Generally tissues are taken from apical buds, lateral buds or root tips for this purpose. Sucrose, mineral salts, vitamins and plant growth substances are included in the culture medium used for tissue culture. Agar is used to solidify the medium. Sterilized conditions and controlling of temperature and light should be practiced.    Advantages of Tissue Culture.                 ๐ŸŒพ Ability of propagating plants that do not produce seeds                    successfully .           ๐ŸŒพ Ability of having offspring that are identical to                                  mother plant.

VEGA Super Car

VEGA FIRST EVER ELECTRIC SUPER CAR IN SOUTH ASIA Vega Innovations is an electric vehicle automobile manufacture of  electric super cars, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Vega also designs and manufactures EV components such as high performance inverters, drivetrains and battery packs; as well as provide EV research and development services to clients worldwide.   From a purely technological perspective, there seems little chance of that. The car bears a sophisticated silhouette befitting a  boutique hypercar , and considerable innovation beneath that sheet metal. Dual electric motors power the rear wheels, producing a combined 900 horsepower with 530 pound-feet of torque. Carbon-fiber construction helps hold vehicle weight to about 3,000lbs – rather remarkable, given the density of the on-board lithium-ion battery packs. The team, comprising over 30 engineers and other personnel, is developing what Kulapala – a 13-year veteran of Intel with a PhD in electrical engineering – calls a state-o
